Violinist Hope Linton has loved music for as long as she can remember. Born into a musical family near Philadelphia, PA, Hope started violin lessons at age 11 and completed her B.M. with highest honors at West Chester University in 2013.

Noteworthy performances include performing with her family at the White House and Harrisburg State Capitol, with the Klezmer band The Klezmeranians in Europe and South America, and as concertmaster and violinist in numerous orchestras in the Philadelphia area.

Hope is an active member of the Brandywine String Quartet, a lively quartet comprised of musicians who are also educators with a passion for learning and performing famous quartet music.

She has played in Lancaster and Kennett Symphonies and Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra, and in masterclasses for David Kim, Laurie Smukler, and Lisa Batiashvili.

Hope created her first patent-pending product in the music education space in August 2022 and is constantly innovating in a effort to make great violin and viola music accessible to as many ages and levels as possible. She maintains a busy private studio of violin and viola students in downtown West Chester where she lives with her husband Matt and their very friendly calico cat Reese.
